The automatic rotary machine “Pastpack 2R2” with 2 rotary tables is designed for dose filling liquid and pasty products containing soft, easily deformable additives of up to 10 mm in plastic cups or trays with their further sealing with aluminum foil or polymeric film and capping. Working on 2 rotary tables doubles machine performance, as well as allows simultaneous filling of one product into containers of different volume / simultaneous filling of two different products.
Rotary tables of increased size enable the setting up of a lot of optional units, as well as additional dosing systems for filling second product. Max tray diameter is increased to 190 mm, therefore it is possible to fill into buckets of up to 3l and in containers of irregular shape.
