Kapelis Packaging as the exclusive dealer of DM Packaging, is presenting the vertical automatic portion packaging machines, which are the company’s proposal for packing products in sticks.
Stick pack machines are suitable for packaging products in granule, powder or liquid form in «stick pack» style bags.

They are constructed with Stainless Steel AISI 304 and anodized aluminum. Parts in contact with the product are made out of Stainless Steel. Depending on the customers’ requirements they can be equipped with up to 6 lanes.

Their operation is simply controlled by PLC, keeping the need for mechanical adjustments at low levels and eliminating the costly delays.
Their advantages include: compact and robust design, easy access to various mechanical parts, high productivity, and easy bag length change. They feature high quality electric and pneumatic components from World class brands (SIEMENS, SMC, FESTO etc.) They are combined with volumetric dosing systems, depending on the product to be packaged.

Products that can be packaged with these machines:

• Granulated and powder products: salt, sugar, dry creamer, coffee, tea, spices, non-food products.
• Liquid and paste products: sauces, mayo, ketchup, mustard, syrup, liquid soap, shampoo, etc.
