Our Production

The production of Halopack© containers takes place in Greece at our company's facilities, within a clean room environment. This facility is equipped with high-specification cooling units to maintain consistent 24/7 temperature and humidity conditions and features HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters, equivalent to the sterile environments used in healthcare units (ICUs).

Permanent exhibition of packaging machinery & materials

Our company aims at a complete experience for its customers.

With the aim of absolute service, we created a permanent exhibition of 500m2. A room full of packaging materials and machines. Every type of packaging and every possible idea that can develop your product is in our space. During your visit, our machines will be fully operational to perform the necessary tests. Our entire range of materials will be available for a real test. A permanent exhibition for our customers, a real RnD room to develop your product.

Warehouse

We possess modern storage areas with a total area of 8000m² with disinfestation system, automatic firefighting equipment and ideal storage temperatures, while special attention is given to the storage of films. Large space allows us to keep stock of many items and therefore be flexible in case of any error, misfortune or need of your production. Also, our long and consistent course in the field, allows us to have a variety of products in stock, resulting in being very fast in our deliveries.

Conference Room

Specialization in packaging is the most difficult and crucial goal of Kapelis Packaging. Daily research, scientific lectures, training from our suppliers, customer training, shelf-life analyses with food technologists etc.

Certifications

Kapelis Packaging is certified according to the ISO 22000: 2018 standard suitable for the food industry.

Based on this, but also due to its general policy, the company cooperates only with selected suppliers that have certified products and proven reliability and high technology. Thus, our customers know that they are supplied with materials suitable for contact with food that give safety and added value to their product.

Integrated project management

After the completion of the packaging proposal and the receipt of the order, the construction stage of the machine takes place based on samples of packaging materials and products of the customer.

Any manufacturer's comments that arise along the way are notified to the customer for the optimal final result.

The installation of the machine is done in the given production area in collaboration with the supplier's technicians if required, with on-site tests using real product and training of the operators.

Free delivery within Attica

Kapelis Packaging delivers free of charge from its facilities to each of its customers within the prefecture of Attica or to an agency of their choice.

After sales service

Kapelis Packaging provides a set of professional services to its customers to fully meet their requirements, from first contact to training in the use of machines and after sales service.

Our trained staff (mechanical-engineers, material science engineers, chemical-engineers, etc.) are always available to the company's customers for assistance, advice and any other support.

Kapelis Packaging supports its successful strategy for growth and market penetration, among other things, with its consistent presence in the main trade fairs of the packaging industry, with emphasis on food, inside and outside Greece.
