Stantech Packaging designs and implements complete packaging systems that provide absolute flexibility for your needs. Depending on the application, they can be combined with case erectors, tray formers, wrap-around boxes, and various display boxes.

There are even more options at the stage of placing products inside cartons/trays, with the possibility of side loading and integrating a variety of robotic systems (Cartesian X-Z, articulated, Delta, etc.). By adding a palletizing machine to the above configuration, a complete packaging solution is provided with minimal labor use and high investment return (ROI).

Automatic carton forming machine (Case Erector). The Handy is designed with high production demands in mind, aiming to maximize production line efficiency. Its design covers a wide range of carton sizes. The machine changes for different carton sizes can be made either automatically or manually. The machine configuration includes:
➤ Flat, unformed carton loading system (stacker).
➤ Carton sealing system with tape (optionally with HOT MELT sealing).

The VIPER TL is the ideal packaging solution designed for both transport and display boxes. The carton edges are sealed using HOT MELT.
The machine can be automatically adjusted to different carton sizes and can also operate as standalone equipment applying lids to existing tray forming machines.

Automatic tray forming machine. It stands out for its high speed and flexibility, as it is suitable for a wide range of tray types.
The SPIDER can also operate as a standalone machine with a stacking function for ready-formed trays.
The machine is easily and quickly adjustable to form different tray sizes.

Automatic machine for inserting products into boxes. Continuous or intermittent motion versions are available depending on the desired productivity. The machine guides the products to the insertion station in pre-formed boxes. Using pneumatic pushers, the products are inserted into the box, which is then sealed with hot melt glue. They replace tuck-in boxes significantly reducing consumable costs.
