HDP Cross Placement Series

The HDP series consists of a vision-guided "pick and place" system with delta robots. This system can manage products entering in formation or randomly. The main application is placing products into any packaging equipment feeding system, as well as into containers where the aforementioned products need to be placed into trays, cartons, etc. HDP is equipped with delta robots designed to primarily move objects along three main axes. Advanced multi-picking software is available upon request, providing optimal motion sequences to avoid scenarios where products reach the end of the line without being picked.

MLP Linear Placement Series

The MLP series consists of a vision-guided "pick and place" system with delta robots for linear placement, suitable for regular or randomly incoming products (detected by a camera system). The main application is feeding products into any feeding system or from a previous station on the production line. The containers into which the aforementioned products need to be placed are trays, cartons, etc.

MDN Tray Stacking Series

The MDN multi-line tray stacking series is designed to accurately place containers, such as single-cavity, multi-cavity, clamshell, and custom-made trays, onto step-by-step or continuous motion conveyors. These machines are highly flexible and can be easily integrated into the customer's existing equipment. MDN machines are built with multiple tray slots to meet tray requirements and can operate at speeds up to 50 cycles per line, with quick-lock/unlock connections and minimal adjustment needs, allowing for fast changes in under 10 minutes.
