Kapelis Packaging participated in FOOD EXPO 2025, the largest food and beverage exhibition in Southeast Europe, held from March 8 to 10, 2025, at the Metropolitan Expo. The exhibition, which attracts over 40,000 industry professionals, was an excellent opportunity to showcase our latest innovations in the food packaging sector.

Halopack® Paper Trays

The Halopack® trays are environmentally friendly, airtight, and recyclable, with 90% less plastic usage. They are made of paper with a film coating, free of glues or additives, offering an innovative packaging solution for food.

Octabio Octagonal Paper Trays

The Octabio tray are made from high-quality virgin paper, with a polyester or polyethylene coating, free from glue or solvent, ensuring safe food contact and eco-friendly packaging.

Participation of Kapelis Packaging in ARTOZA 2025

Our participation in ARTOZA 2025 at the Metropolitan Expo in Athens, from February 21 to 24, 2025, has been successfully completed. Professionals from all over Greece and abroad honored us with their presence.

During the exhibition, we had the opportunity to meet with our clients, share insights, and build new business relationships with people from across Greece and abroad. Our active participation in the event was a great opportunity to strengthen our existing partnerships and discover new collaboration prospects.

Kapelis Packaging presented machines and materials for the appropriate packaging solutions for bakery and pastry products, single-item packaging, multi-packaging, or tray packaging (cookies, cakes, tsoureki, bread, sandwiches, etc.).

Koulourades – kapelis Packaging collaboration for eco-friendly Halopack® packaging

The road to sustainability and ecology has opened in Greece as well. "Koulourades" company chose to innovate and invest in the first global ecological patent of the Halopack® System, which Kapelis Packaging brings to the country exclusively˙ "Traganakia Koulourades" are out in the market. Together, we worked with passion for a Greek application of 90% plastic saving packaging, additionally achieving perfect shelf-life results. We thank Koulourades for trusting their product to the Halopack® System and the specially designed corresponding sealing machine by Kapelis Packaging.

Kapelis Packaging has once more been distinguished among the most dynamic Greek companies and was awarded as “Diamond of the Greek Economy 2021” for its healthy and growing business activity. These specific awards give prominence to the most dynamic and healthy Greek companies, based on specific economic indicators and criteria such as profitability, debt burden, cash flow, equity to foreign capital etc. At the same time, specific factors are taken into account, such as the capital invested by companies, their human resources policy, as well as their corporate social responsibility.

This consecutive distinction, coming as a capstone for our moving to the new, 4000 m2, privately owned, high-end premises and the continuous investment in manpower, reinforces the dynamic presence of our company in the Greek market once more. It yet again proves that we are one of the leaders in the packaging sector and that we have a lot of room to grow. Installation of a new automatic Reepack sealing machine for the production of ready meals in polypropylene trays

The Italian company Reepack is a leading manufacturer of automatic sealing machines (tray sealers) offering quality assurance of the product via an advanced sealing system.

The Reematic series has the ability to seal 60-70 trays / minute in simple sealing conditions, has a tray alignment in a row system to facilitate labeling, weight control and the detection of foreign bodies along the line.
