The Reetray 30 is a mobile, semi-automatic tray sealing machine with vacuum and inert gas injection functions from Busch pumps, offering multiple-cycle capability for delicate products. It features a large sealing area, perimeter film cutting, and automatic film roll rewinding. Suitable for use with containers made of different materials (PP, CPET, APET, paper-based, etc.) for MAP sealing, covering a full range of tray sealing applications, such as fresh meat & fish, fresh produce, ready meals, nuts, cheeses, dairy products, bakery & confectionery items, and more.

It is equipped with an active film tension system (AFTS), specially developed by Reepack, which creates perfect skin/proskin packaging without unsightly wrinkles, providing the flexibility to package multiple products of varying heights.
