The PRIME flowpack packaging machine has been designed to ensure efficiency and ease in packaging products with a height of up to 100 mm, with bag lengths reaching up to 2 meters. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it adapts perfectly to the needs of every customer and every production environment. The machine can be equipped with a thermal transfer printer for complete ingredient printing and a photocell for operation with pre printed film, while the maximum film width it can use is 600 mm, suitable for both small and large products.

The practical 45 degree loading system makes operation ergonomic and ideal for pre weighed bulk or individual products.

With manual loading, the operator can feed the machine with the desired number of pieces or product weight and then activate it through a convenient foot pedal, automatic timer system, or push button. The bag length can be easily adjusted through the touchscreen, simplifying changeovers without interruptions.

Compatible with packaging materials such as BOPP, paper, met/pet and more, the PRIME offers flexibility and reliability to meet market demands.
