ReeFlow 300

The ReeFlow 300 series of machines, featuring Box Motion sealing technology, is an ideal solution for packaging a wide range of large-size and heavy products in a Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) environment.

This technology offers maximum flexibility and ensures fully hermetic seals, even at maximum operating speed. Their construction, entirely made of stainless steel, combined with an ergonomic design for easy disassembly and cleaning, makes the ReeFlow 300 series machines the most suitable choice for the fresh food industry.

ReeFlow 300 machines are available in versions with the film roll positioned at the top (300 TW) or at the bottom (300 BW), depending on the nature and sensitivity of the product to be packaged. They are equipped with a large, high-visibility touchscreen for easy parameter adjustment and the ability to store up to 100 different customized recipes.

By combining a ReeFlow 300 machine with the appropriate mechanical equipment (vacuum chamber, shrink chamber, drying chamber), it is possible to achieve Flow Bag packaging, which offers multiple advantages both in the quality of the final product and in reducing a company’s operating costs.

By combining a ReeFlow 200 series machine with the appropriate equipment, advanced packaging solutions can be achieved, such as:

• High-barrier BDF shrink film packaging (Combined with a shrink chamber)
• Flowvac packaging (Combined with an automatic vacuum line)

• Minced meat packaging in pillow-type bags with gas injection (Combined with a minced meat portioning machine)

  • Economic benefits:
    Companies using pre-made bags usually require large stocks in various sizes. In flowvac packaging, the bag size is adjusted by the machine according to each product, optimizing the consumption of packaging materials.
  • Environmental benefits:
    In the case of minced meat packaging in pillow-type bags with gas injection, the bags replace plastic foam trays that were widely used until recently. This results in up to 70% less plastic usage. Additionally, such mono-material bags are environmentally friendly and easily recyclable.
